In fine arts he became internationally known as researcher of graphic creativity work of M.C.Eschera one of the eminent graphic artist in art history.Beside intellectual-research work of Eschera creativity, he managed to develop graphic technique of repro-art realization in which Eschera showed his complete art portrayal.On exhibition in Forum art gallery he represented Eschera's complete work. Zarko Dragicevic is the president of International institute of Montenegro,long time publicist,writer and analyst of world order.

He is researching in area of collectively unconsciousness.He is working in a team for scientific explanation of paranormal phenomenons. At the moment he is working on creation of international multimedia project 'COVJECANSTVO PRBUDI SE' (HUMANITY WAKE UP).
